It is summer and there are a lot of shift and changes for everyone it seems.  They are also happening for Patricia and Judy.  Good changes!  We want to share one with you now!

Patricia has broadened her work and scope over the last few years!

Sexual authenticity and the power exchange are very much at the base of her work… but she is expanding that to becoming a Relationship Doula.  What is that, you ask!  Well, she will tell you in our introduction!  The short version is helping couples move through transition together toward the outcome they want to have.  Learn more and the new offerings she has with the expanded work.

Then we will head into to playing you the original, entire episode we did on The Wellness Renaissance Podcast.   That information all still applies with the expanded work she is doing today!

What is a sexual authenticity coach?

Why is it so important for us to find and know our true authentic sexual self?

What can be gained in our relationship with ourselves, our partners and all relationships when we are able to peel away the limiting beliefs, judgments, assumptions, “shoulds”, etc., that we catch and have instilled in us.

“Sex isn’t good or bad, it just is”

There is a broad range of what sex and sexuality looks like and includes. Does it fell good, right, authentic to you? How can we get to a place of feeling comfortable not only answering that question but asking it in the first place. That is what Patricia helps coach and facilitate.

Patricia shares about her story of being in a 25 year unintentional abusive marriage, maintaining her desired role as a faithful wife. And then the year that followed as she takes a very personal journey that brings her to where she is today as a transformation and sexual authenticity coach.

She talks about her book and the significance of the title as it relates to her journey, wherein she shares the details of her life and how it all has prepared her for the work and life she lives today.

Join us for a very intriguing, and I think important, conversation.
